Exgene Tissue SV Plus (Tissue, Cell, Blood DNA isolation, MAXI) | 109-310
The Exgene™ Tissue SV kit provides a simple and rapid method for the isolation of total DNA from animal tissues and cultured cells. This kit can process 25 mg (mini) of wet tissue and yields up to 50 µg (mini) depending on the type of sample used. A specially formulated buffer system minimizes RNA copurified with DNA without RNase A treatment. If RNA-free genomic DNA is required, RNase A can be used. No organic extraction and alcohol precipitation are needed and multiple samples can be easily processed simultaneously. Exgene™ Tissue SV plus! offers additional materials and methods for DNA purification from whole blood.

Storage Conditions:
All components of GeneAll® Exgene™ Tissue SV kit should be stored at room temperature. After reconstitution of Proteinase K with storage buffer, it should be stored under 4℃ for conservation of activity. It can be stored at 4℃ for 1 year without significant decrease in activity. But for prolonged preservation of activity, storage under -20℃ is recommended. During shipment or storage under cold ambient condition, a precipitate may formed in buffer TB. In such a case, heat the bottle at 37℃ to dissolve completely. Otherwise, to use precipitated buffers will lead to poor DNA recovery. GeneAll® Exgene™ Tissue SV kits are guaranteed for 1 year.
