Description

Protein A/G/L is a genetically engineered protein that combines the IgG binding profiles of all Protein A, Protein G and Protein L. It is a gene fusion product. Recombinant fusion protein A/G/L contains 6x His-tag on the N-terminus with five Ig-binding regions of protein L, five IgG binding domains from Protein A , and three Ig-binding region of protein G. Cell wall binding regions, albumin binding regions and other non-specific binding regions have all been eliminated from the fusion protein to ensure the maximum specific IgG binding. 6x His-tag on N-terminus can be used for affinity purification or for protein A/G/L detection using anti-His-tag antibody. Protein A/G/L binds to all IgG subclasses from various mammalian species, including all IgGs that bind to Protein A, Protein G, and Protein L, individually, making it the ideal choice for purification of all kinds of polyclonal or monoclonal IgG antibodies.
