Description
An anti-inflammatory agent and GST inhibitor. Sulfasalazine inhibits TNF-α and LPS-induced NF-κB activation in SW620 colon cancer cells. It also inhibits degradation of IκBα and prevents nuclear translocation of NF-κB induced by TNF-α.
