Thiazovivin enhances the efficiency of fibroblast reprogramming to generate induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) when used in combination with SB-431542 (Cat. No. 1674) and PD 0325901 (Cat. No.1643).Acts as a Rho-associated Kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. Tzv (2 µM) inhibits ROCK activity and protect hESCs at a similar level as Y-27632 (10 µM) (Cat. No. 1596), a well-known, selective ROCK inhibitor.
