Description
TRX818 is an orally bioavailable agent with potential antineoplastic and anti-vasculogenic mimicry (VM) activities. TRX-818, upon oral administration appears to induce cancer cell apoptosis and inhibits cancer cell proliferation. TRX818 also prevents tumor cell VM by blocking the formation of vasculogenic-like tubular structures.
