Description
αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line | T6236
αA-crystallin is a molecular chaperone, an antiapoptotic protein, is a structural protein of the lens, and belongs to the small heat shock protein (sHSP) superfamily. To further discover the human αA-crystallin, αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line was constructed for further research. This cell line may be used alongside with other stable CHO cell lines expressing the mutant αA-crystallin proteins (R12A or R49A).
R12A αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line (T6234) and R49A αA-crystallin Stable Expressing CHO Cell Line (T6235) are also available from abm.
