Description
AGK polyclonal Antibody | BS71393 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: Lipid kinase that can phosphorylate both monoacylglycerol and diacylglycerol to form lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and phosphatidic acid (PA), respectively. Does not phosphorylate sphingosine. Overexpression increases the formation and secretion of LPA, resulting in transactivation of EGFR and activation of the downstream MAPK signaling pathway, leading to increased cell growth.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: AGK polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of AGK protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 47 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Acylglycerol kinase, mitochondrial; hAGK; Multiple substrate lipid kinase; HsMuLK; MuLK; Multi-substrate lipid kinase; AGK; MULK
Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human AGK.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
