Description
Akt1 Stable Expressing NIH3T3 Cell Line | T6333
NIH3T3 cells were transfected with the pLKO-AS3W-Puro-flag vector carrying the Akt1 wildtype gene. Puromycin selection was completed to establish the Akt1 Stable Expressing NIH3T3 Cell Line. The cells are a great tool to study Akt1, which is a serine/threonine kinase involved in processes such as, cell proliferation, survival and metabolism, and if hyperactivated is linked to cancer progression.
