Description
ALPPL2 polyclonal Antibody | BS8549 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB
Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000
Background: There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific) . The product of this gene is a membrane bound glycosylated enzyme, localized to testis, thymus and certain germ cell tumors, that is closely related to both the placental and intestinal forms of alkaline phosphatase.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: ALPPL2 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ALPPL2 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 70 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Alkaline phosphatase, placental-like; ALP-1; Alkaline phosphatase Nagao isozyme; Germ cell alkaline phosphatase; GCAP; Placental alkaline phosphatase-like; PLAP-like; ALPPL2; ALPPL
Immunogen: Recombinant full length Human ALPPL2.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
