Background: Apolipoprotein B is a major protein constituent of chylomicrons (apo B-48), LDL (apo B-100) and VLDL (apo B-100) . Apo B-100 functions as a recognition signal for the cellular binding and internalization of LDL particles by the apoB/E receptor.

Concentration: Mouse IgG, 4mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification: The antibody was purified from PRETEIN A beads and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
