Description
ATP2A3 Antibody (N-Term) [APG02097G] | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This ATP2A3 antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 13-47 amino acids from human ATP2A3.
Cellular Localisation: Nucleus membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Sarcoplasmic reticulum membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein
Molecular Weight: 109256
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: ATP2A3 (HGNC:813)
Gene ID: 489
Function: This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium. Transports calcium ions from the cytosol into the sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum lumen. Contributes to calcium sequestration involved in muscular excitation/contraction.
Summary: Tissue Location: Found in most tissues. Most abundant in thymus, trachea, salivary gland, spleen, bone marrow, lymph node, peripheral leukocytes, pancreas and colon. Also detected in fetal tissues Expressed in cell lineages of hematopoietic, epithelial, or embryonic origin and also expressed in several cancer cell lines
Form: N/A
Storage: Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB, IHC-P
Dilution: IHC-P--1:100~500 WB--1:2000
Synonyms: Sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 3, SERCA3, SR Ca (2+) -ATPase 3, Calcium pump 3, ATP2A3
