Biotinylated Recombinant Human NKG2A Protein is produced by mammalian expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg100-Leu233) of human NKG2A (Accession #P26715) fused with a 6xHis, Avi tag at the N-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Immobilized biotinylated Human NKG2A at 1 ug/mL (100 uL/well) on streptavidin precoated (5ug/well) plate can bind NKG2A Ab with the EC₅₀ of 0.14ug/mL determined by ELISA.
