Immobilized Biotinylated Human NKG2A / CD159a,His Tag at 1ug/ml (100 ul/well) on streptavidin precoated (5ug/well) plate, can bind NKG2A Ab.,with the EC50 of 0.14ug/ml determined by ELISA.
