Description

BMP-8 (E90) polyclonal Antibody | BS3677 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: IHC

Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200

Background: Bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs) are members of the TGFβ superfamily. BMPs are involved in the induction of cartilage and bone formation.BMP-8 is thought to be involved in early development, as detectable expression has not been found in adult organs. Two BMP-8 proteins exist, namely BMP-8A and BMP-8B (also designated OP-2), and are encoded by two distinct genes.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: BMP-8 (E90) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of BMP-8A and BMP-8B protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 45 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Bone morphogenetic protein 8B; BMP-8; BMP-8B; Osteogenic protein 2; OP-2; BMP8B; BMP8; Bone morphogenetic protein 8A; BMP-8A; BMP8A

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 70-120 of Human BMP-8.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .

Pathway: Phosphoinosotode Signaling,PI3K AKT signaling,Protein Kinase C Signaling,Regulation of Actin Dynamics,Warburg Effect,Regulation of Microtubule Dynamics,SAPK JNK Signaling Cascades,Inhibition of Apoptosis,G Protein-coupled Receptors Signaling to MAPK Erk,Mitochondrial Control of Apoptosis,MTOR signaling,
