Description
Cas9 Expressing Doxycycline Inducible HeLa (cTT20) Cell Line | T6175
This HeLa cell line expresses Cas9 when induced by doxycycline. A PiggyBac transposon system was used to introduce Cas9. This parental cell line is applicable for work requiring human CRISPR/Cas9 knockout cells. Lack of pre-existing guide RNA enables freedom to introduce custom gRNA for desired gene targets.
