Description

CDC42EP3 polyclonal Antibody | BS71249 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: WB

Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000

Background: This gene encodes a member of a small family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) metabolizing proteins that contain a CRIB (Cdc42, Rac interactive binding) domain. Members of this family of proteins act as effectors of CDC42 function. The encoded protein is involved in actin cytoskeleton re-organization during cell shape changes, including pseudopodia formation. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 19. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: CDC42EP3 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of CDC42EP3 protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 37 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: UB1; CEP3; BORG2;

Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human CDC42EP3.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
