The 38kDa band is thought to correspond to the alpha chain of APOJ. Recommended concentration: 0.1-1ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kDa in Rat Brain. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa cells.
