Description
CZC-25146 is a potent inhibitor of Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) with an IC₅₀ of 4.76 nM. Mutations in LRRK2 are associated with Parkinson's disease. CZC-25146 attenuates LRRK2 G2019S mutant induced neuronal injury with EC₅₀ values of ~100 nM and 4 nM in primary rodent and human neurons respectively.
