Evo™ cDNA synthesis 5X MasterMix contains ’s proprietary Reverse Transcriptase, RNaseOFF Ribonuclease Inhibitor, temperature-sensitive DNase, dNTPs, and a finely-balanced ratio of Oligo (dT)s and Random Primers.
