Description
A 10 mM (5.0 mg in 1.66 ml), sterile-filtered solution of the HDR (homology-directed repair) enhancer Nocodazole (Cat. No. 2185) in anhydrous DMSO.
Nocodazole is a microtubule inhibitor; inhibits mitosis. Disrupts microtubules by binding to β‑tubulin and preventing formation of one of the two interchain disulfide linkages, thus inhibiting microtubule dynamics, disruption of mitotic spindle function, and fragmentation of the Golgi complex.
