Predicted Reactivity: Primates

Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known

Additional Information: This antibody is purified using Protein G, to obtain a total IgG fraction

Background: Factor VIIa (FVIIa) is a key serine protease involved in the initiation of the coagulation cascade. FVIIa requires tissue factor (TF), a membrane bound protein, as an essential cofactor for maximal activity towards its biological substrates Factor X, Factor IX and Factor VII (FVII) .

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water

Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them, to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
