Immunogen: Purified human IgG

Host: Goat

Conjugation: ALP

Clonality: Polyclonal

Isotype: N/A

Purity: Immunogen affinity purified goat IgG.

Format: Liquid

Tested Application: ELISA (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western blot (WB)

Related Products: other secondary antibodies to human immunoglobulins

Recommended Dilutions: 1 : 500-1 :2000 (ELISA), 1 : 50-1 : 5000 (ICC), 1 : 20 -1 : 2000 (IHC), 1 : 500-1 :2000 (WB)

Molecular weight: N/A

Confirmed Reactivity: Human IgG Fc (two heavy chains with constant domains)

Predicted Reactivity: Human IgG Fc (two Heavy chains with constant domains)

Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known

Additional Information: This antibody reacts with the heavy (gamma) chains on human IgG based on immunoelectrophoresis. No reactivity is observed with the light chains on human immunoglobulins, or non-immunoglobulin human serum or bovine, mouse or rabbit serum proteins or mouse and rabbit IgG based on immunoelectrophoresis.

Background: Goat anti-human IgG Fc (two heavy chains with constant domains) F (ab) '2 fragment is a secondary antibody conjugated to AP (Alkaline phosphatase) which binds to human IgG Fc (two heavy chains with constant domains) in immunological assays.

Reconstitution: N/A

Storage: Non-diluted antibody is stable for 4 years at 2-8°C. For storage at -20°C dilute antibody solution with an equal volume of glycerol to obtain final glycerol concentration of 50 % to prevent loss of enzymatic activity. Such solution will not freeze in -20°C. If you are using a 1:5000 dilution prior to diluting with glycerol, then you would need to use a 1:2500 dilution after adding glycerol. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard, Be sure to mix well but without foaming.
