Immunogen: Purified human IgM
Host: Goat
Conjugation: N/A
Clonality: Polyclonal
Isotype: N/A
Purity: Immunogen affinity purified goat IgG.
Format: Liquid
Tested Application: ELISA (ELISA)
Related Products: other secondary antibodies to human immunoglobulins
Recommended Dilutions: The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator
Molecular weight: N/A
Confirmed Reactivity: human IgM (? or mu chain)
Predicted Reactivity: N/A
Not reactive in: No confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity are currently known
Additional Information: Antibody reacts with the human IgM (µ or mu chain) based on immunoelectrophoresis. No reactivity is observed with IgG F (ab) '2 fragment or non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins based on immunoelectrophoresis.
Background: Goat anti-human IgM (µ or mu chain) is a secondary antibody which binds to human IgM (µ or mu chain) in immunological assays.
Reconstitution: N/A
Storage: Store non-diluted antibody at 2-8°C. For storage at -20°C dilute antibody solution with an equal volume of glycerol to obtain final glycerol concentration of 50 % to prevent loss of enzymatic activity. Such solution will not freeze in -20°C. If you are using a 1:5000 dilution prior to diluting with glycerol, then you would need to use a 1:2500 dilution after adding glycerol. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard, Be sure to mix well but without foaming.
