Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) Antibody (HRP) | XR-9920 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Goat
Reactivity: Rabbit
Immunogen: Rabbit IgG - whole molecule
Tested Application: E, WB, IHC
Application: Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot) , ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:20,000 - 1:100,000, Western Blot 1:2,000 - 1:10,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) .
Specificiy: Minimum Cross reactivity to Human Serum Proteins
Purification: Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
