Description

Granzyme H (G75) polyclonal Antibody | BS2543 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: IHC IF

Application Range: IHC: 1:50~1:200 IF: 1:50~1:200

Background: The Granzyme family of proteins belong to the larger peptidase S1 family.Granzyme H, also designated cytotoxic T-lymphocyte proteinase, cathepsin G-like 2 (CTSGL2) or cytotoxic serine protease C (CSP-C), contains one peptidase S1 domain. Granzyme H localizes to cytoplasmic granules of cytolytic T-lymphocytes and is important for target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: Granzyme H (G75) polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Granzyme H protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 21, 27 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Granzyme H; CCP-X; Cathepsin G-like 2; CTSGL2; Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte proteinase; Cytotoxic serine protease C; CSP-C; GZMH; CGL2; CTSGL2

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of Human Granzyme H.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .

Pathway: Nuclear Receptor Signaling,Hypoxia Signaling,Insulin &Glucose Signaling,Contribution of Soluble Factors to EMT,Epigenetic Writers and Erasers of Histone H3,Epigenetic Writers and Erasers of Histones H2A H2B and H4,
