GRIA3 polyclonal Antibody | BS6193 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB IHC IF
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:2000 IHC/IF: 1:50~1:200
Background: Receptor for glutamate that functions as ligand-gated ion channel in the central nervous system and plays an important role in excitatory synaptic transmission. L-glutamate acts as an excitatory neurotransmitter at many synapses in the central nervous system. Binding of the excitatory neurotransmitter L-glutamate induces a conformation change, leading to the opening of the cation channel, and thereby converts the chemical signal to an electrical impulse.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: GRIA3 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GRIA3 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 99 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
