Description

GTF2H3 polyclonal Antibody | BS8762 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: WB,IF

Application Range: WB 1:500 - 1:2000 IF 1:50 - 1:200

Background: This gene encodes a member of the TFB4 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the core-TFIIH basal transcription factor and localizes to the nucleus. The encoded protein is involved in RNA transcription by RNA polymerase II and nucleotide excision repair and associates with the Cdk-activating kinase complex. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 14.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: GTF2H3 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GTF2H3 protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 34kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: General transcription factor IIH subunit 3; Basic transcription factor 2 34 kDa subunit; BTF2 p34; General transcription factor IIH polypeptide 3; TFIIH basal transcription factor complex p34 subunit; GTF2H3

Immunogen: Recombinant full length Human GTF2H3.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
