Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the additional bands we observe given the calculated size of 98.6kDa according to NP_004755.2. All detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows textured cytoplasm staining in all germ cells. Recommended concentration: 4-6ug/ml.
