Application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 36kDa band observed in Mouse Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 29.9kDa according to NP_034586.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Qu��r�� et al, Blood. 2011 Jun 2;117 (22) :5918-30. PMID: 21471525) . Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
