Mouse IL-17E (IL-25), is a proinflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-17F). Mouse IL-17E protein is a homodimer consisting of two 153 amino acids peptides. Recombinant mouse IL-17E produced in E.coli is a non-glycosylated disulfide-joined homodimer having a molecular mass of 34.9 kDa.
