Description
IMD-0354 is a selective IKKβ inhibitor that blocks IκBα phosphorylation in NF-κB pathway. IMD0354 inhibits TNF-α induced NF-κB transcription activity with an IC50 of 1.2 uM. It has been used to study the role of NF-κB signaling in tumor necrosis factor-induced certain transcription factors expression using human primary fibroblasts.
