The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available from abm . To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
abm does not recommend to use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.

Quality Control:

1. Western blot was used to confirm the presence of E1A and p53DD gene in the immortalized cell line. 2. Western blot was used to check epithelial markers E-cadherin and cytokeratin expression.
