Description

Immortalized Rat Hypothalamus Cells (RCHT-1) | T0692

β-hydroxylase and the norepinephrine transporter, NET. The Immortalized Rat Hypothalamus Cells (RCHT-1) were derived from the hypothalamus of a 4-month-old Fisher 344 rat and were immortalized spontaneously in cell culture. When cultured in vitro, the cells exhibit adherent growth properties and tend to grow in monolayers. The Immortalized Rat Hypothalamus Cells (RCHT-1) are useful in the field of neurology. Applications of this cell line include the study of dopamine and its role in neurological diseases.
