Description

ITPR3 Antibody | 45-786 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Goat

Reactivity: N/A

Homology: Expected Species Reactivity based on sequence homology: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Cow

Immunogen: The immunogen for this antibody is: C-DKKERPTDEEGFLH

Research Area: Cancer

Tested Application: E

Application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 60kDa band in Human Adipose, Colon, Duodenum, Heart and Liver lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 304kDa according to NP_002215.1. The 60kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?

Specificiy: No cross-reactivity expected with other types of ITPR
