Description
NAT1 Antibody | 42-039 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Goat
Reactivity: N/A
Homology: Expected Species Reactivity based on sequence homology: Human
Immunogen: The immunogen for this antibody is: C-HSDLLEDSKYRKIY
Research Area: Signal Transduction
Tested Application: E
Application: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 50kDa band in Human Liver lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 33.9kDa according to NP_000653.3. The 50kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Specificiy: This antibody is not expected to cross-react with Human NAT2.
