Application Range: WB:1:500 ICC:1:50-1:200 IHC:1:50-1:200 FC:1:50-1:200
Background: Mediates the voltage-dependent sodium ion permeability of excitable membranes. Assuming opened or closed conformations in response to the voltage difference across the membrane, the protein forms a sodium-selective channel through which Na (+) ions may pass in accordance with their electrochemical gradient. It is a tetrodotoxin-sensitive Na (+) channel isoform. Plays a role in pain mechanisms, especially in the development of inflammatory pain.
Storage & Stability: Store at +4°C after thawing. Aliquot store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
Specificity: NaV1.7 monoclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NaV1.7 protein.
Molecular Weight: 226 kDa
