Background: NAD (P) H dehydrogenase subunit H (EC=1.6.5) is involved in the transfer of electrons from NAD (P) H:plastoquinone, via FMN and iron-sulfur centers, to quinones in the photosynthetic chain and possibly in a chloroplast respiratory chain. Alternative names: NAD (P) H dehydrogenase subunit H; NDH7NADH-plastoquinone oxidoreductase 49 kDa subunit, NADH-plastoquinone oxidoreductase subunit H.

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water

Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
