Background: NodGS (Nodulin/glutamate-ammonia ligase-like protein) shares homology with nodulins and self-assembles into oligomers which are present in response to flagellin treatment. It contains a C-terminal domain of a prokaryotic glutamine synthetase type I. Protein is mainly localized to cytoplasm and is present in a oligomeric form of ca. 700 kDa.

Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water

Storage: Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
