Description

NRIP2 polyclonal Antibody | BS61066 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution

Host: Rabbit

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Application: WB

Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000

Background: NRIP2 (nuclear receptor interacting protein 2) is a 281 amino acid nuclear protein that down-regulates transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors such as ROR∫. The gene encoding NRIP2 maps to human chromosome 12, which encodes over 1,100 genes and comprises approximately 4.5% of the human genome. Chromosome 12 is associated with a variety of diseases and afflictions, including hypochondrogenesis, achondrogenesis, Kniest dysplasia, Noonan syndrome and Trisomy 12p, which causes facial developmental defects and seizure disorders.

Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: NRIP2 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of NRIP2 protein.

Molecular Weight: ~ 31 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Alternative Names: Nuclear receptor-interacting protein 2; NRIP2

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human NRIP2.

Conjugate: Unconjugated

Modification: Unmodification

Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
