Description
PDPN CRISPR Stable Knockout COS-7 Cell Line | T6039
Podoplanin (PDPN), also known as Aggrus, possesses three tandem repeat of platelet aggregation-stimulating (PLAG) domains in its N-terminus. The COS-7 Cell Line which is derived from African Green Monkey kidney tissue was transfected with CRISPR/Cas9 plasmids that target PDPN to generate the PDPN CRISPR Knock Out COS-7 Cell Line (African Green Monkey). This cell line could be used to further study the PDPN gene and its applications with cancer metastasis. This cell line is also useful in testing anti-hPDPN monoclonal antibodies.
