Background: Peroxisomal membrane protein 11B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PEX11B gene. Involved in peroxisomal proliferation. May regulate peroxisomes division by recruiting the dynamin-related GTPase DNM1L to the peroxisomal membrane.
