Application: Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgY is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot) , ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:35,000 - 1:150,000, Western Blot 1:3,500 - 1:15,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) .

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Chicken IgY and Chicken Serum.

Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 ˚C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
