Description
Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG (H&L) Antibody (HRP) | XR-9320 | Gentaur UK, US & Europe Distribution
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Goat
Immunogen: Goat IgG - whole molecule
Tested Application: E, WB, IHC
Application: Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot) , ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:14,000 - 1:60,000, Western Blot 1:1,000 - 1:5,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:500 - 1:2,500. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) .
Specificiy: Minimum Cross reactivity to Human Serum Proteins
Purification: Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
