Recombinant Human CD28/TP44 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asn19-Pro152) of human CD28/TP44 (Accession #NP_006130.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human CD28 at 10 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD86 with a linear range of 3-12 ug/mL.
