Recombinant Human Cripto/TDGF1 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu31-Thr172) of human Cripto/TDGF1 (Accession #NP_003203) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human Cripto at 2 ug/mL (100uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ALK4 with a linear range of 0.15-151 ng/mL.
