Recombinant Human DcR2 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala 56 - His 211 ) of human DcR2 (Accession #NP_003831.2) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human TRAIL at 2ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human DcR2 with a linear range of 15-60 ng/mL.
