Recombinant Human ErbB3/Her3 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser20-Thr643) of human ErbB3/Her3 (Accession #NP_001973.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human ERBB3 at 2ug/mL (100uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human NRG1-beta1 with a linear range of 0.128-45.7 ng/mL.
