Recombinant human Fc gamma RI/CD64 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Pro288) of human Fc gamma RI/CD64 (Accession #NP_000557.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human FCGR1A, His Tag at 2ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Rituximab with a linear range of 15.625-58.38 ng/mL.
