Recombinant Human FGF-12 Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Thr181) of human FGF-12 (Accession #NP_004104.3) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant human FGFR4 at 5 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind recombinant human FGF12 with a linear range of 35-100 ng/mL.
