Recombinant human GTPase KRas/KRAS Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Thr2-Cys186(Gly12Val)) of human GTPase KRas/KRAS (Accession #NP_203524.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.

Bioactivity:

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human KRAS, His Tag at 2ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Anti-KRAS Ab with a linear range of 42-84.56ng/mL.
